Are you a plant hugger?

Some plants are friendlier than others.

A cactus works hard to survive. It just minds its own business. If you don’t mess with it, it won’t mess with you.

A pitcher plant, on the other hand, is deceptive. It looks like an orchid.

It offers hungry bugs a seemingly free meal from its well of fragrant and tasty nectar. But it’s a last meal. Pitcher plants don’t count on a lot of repeat business.
